With a background in dance, I've built Total Body Unlock by Ine Moves to make flexibility achievable for everyone. My approach is structured, progressive, and designed specifically for people ready to unlock their full range of motion through dedicated practice.

The Session

What to Expect

  • The 40-Min Breakdown: We will kick off with a full-body warmup, move into dynamic stretching to prime your muscles, and transition into deep static stretches. Together, we will break down the exact form and key exercises needed to master your splits safely.

  • Your Daily Routine: This session is built to teach you the core fundamentals. You will walk away with a proven routine that you can take away and practice independently every day.

  • What You Need: No fancy equipment required! Just grab some water, and ideally a yoga mat or knee pads to keep your joints comfortable during the deep stretches.
